Initial setup for Google Apps users
Preparation Google Apps
- Login to Google Apps with Super Admin user
- On Google Admin console, select “Security > Advanced Settings > Manage API client access”
- Approve the API client with the following Client Name and API Scopes (copy & paste the strings).
  Client Name :

  One or More API Scopes:
  https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar

Initial Setup on Calendar External Sharing Service
- Access the Management site(https://www.saaxis.biz/app/google/index.html)
- Read the terms of use and click [Start]
Initial setup for Office365 users
Preparation Office 365
- Login to Office 365 as Global Admin user
- Access to Exchange administrator portal from Administrator menu
- Select "Access permissions" > "admin roles"
- Create a new role group with the following role.
  Roles : ApplicationImpersonation
  Members : Office 365 users or organizations that you allow to use the services.

Initial settings on Calendar External Sharing Service
- Access the Management site (https://www.saaxis.biz/app/ms/index.html)
- Read the terms of use, input Global Admin ID/Password that you used for the initial setup on Office 365, and click [Start]
Setting domains to publish calendars
Adding domains
- Input the domain that users can publish their calendars to
- Select visibility of events ("Availavility only" or "Full details")
- Press “Add” button (If the process is completed successfully, the domain will be add to the domain list).

Editing Visibility
- In the domain list, select a domain that you want to change the visibility setting .
- Select visibility ("Availavility only" or "Full details")

Deleting Domains
- In the domain list, select a domain that you want to delete.
- Press "delete" button.
- Press "OK" button (If the process is completed successfully, the domain will be deleted from the domain list).
Editing Administrator Account (For Office365 users only)
Edit the administrator account
- Display “Other settings” tab on the Administrator site.
- After inputting the new Office 365 admin information, press "Edit" button.
Service Cancellation
Cancelling Calendar External Sharing Services
- Display “Other settings” tab on the Administrator site.
- Press "Agree" button.
- Press "Agree" button on the confirmation screen.
  [Note] All shared calendars and settings will be deleted after cancelation.

- Input Google account (login) information and press "Login" Button

- Input Office 365 account (login) information and press "Sign In" Button
Publishing calendars
Adding users to publish your calendar
- Inputting e-mail address (Google Apps or Office 365) of the user that you want to publish your calendar to.
- Select visibility of events ("Availavility only" or "Full details").
- Press “Add” button (If the process is completed successfully, the user will be add to the user list).

Editing Visibility
- In the user list, select a user that you want to change the visibility setting .
- Select visibility ("Availavility only" or "Full details")

Deleting Users
- In the user list, select a user that you want to delete.
- Press "delete" button.
- Press "OK" button (If the process is completed successfully, the user will be deleted from the user list).
Adding calendars
Adding calendars to your calendar
- Select the user you want to add to your calendar in the list of users you can access.
- Press "Add" button (If the process is completed successfully, a check mark will be displayed on "Status").

Deleting calendars
- Select the user you want to delete from your calendar in the list of users you can access.
- Press "Delete" button (If the process is completed successfully, a check mark will be disappeared on "Status").

FAQ

When displaying "Sorry, you don't have permission to access.“

Initial setup on Google Apps may not be completed.
Please contact your administrator and request to check the initial settings on the Calendar External Sharing Service.

Google Apps calendars are not displayed on your Office 365 calendar after completing to put all settings.

The registered administrator account information of the Office 365 tenant (organization) may be wrong.
It is necessary to input the information of the Office 365 administrator account that they used to configure the initial settings on office 365.

Office365 calendars are not displayed on your Google Apps calendar after completing to put all settings.

Preparation of Google Apps tenant (organization) may be wrong.
The registered Office 365 administrator account information may be wrong.
Please confirm the Client name and Scope of the APIs that they have input to the Google Apps Admin Console.

Your calendar is not displayed on the user that you set to publish your calendar to.

Your administrator might not have been set the domain of the user that you want to publish your calendar to.

You want to display only availability of your schedule.

Please set the Visibility setting to "Availability Only".

Will adding/ editing/ deleting events to my calendar be applied to other partners' calendar?

If you are the owner of the calendar, adding/ editing/ deleting events will be applied to the other partner’s calendar at fixed intervals.
However, when the other party adds, edits, or deletes event on your calendar, it won’t be applied to your (owner’s) calendar (Applying event updates will be only one-way from the owner to the other party)
